Like with the Gray Goose, the ""fatty"" Pyrenean duck is a recognized and highly demanded quality on the world market, due to the maturity of the clusters, and with up to 90% pure clusters, the Pyrenean duck can compete against industrial goose down qualities, where the question about maturity of the animal is secondary. Only problem is to get your hands on this quality, but being a Pyrenean based company, we don't have this problem.
The shell fabric of the SWING 900 is based upon a very nice and solid acrylic on the outside and a polyester inside, both produced 100% by Asahi-KASEI in Osaka Japan.
So, when you are looking for your first down bag for 4 season use, a SWING 900 is your selected choice.
