One of the lightest locking carabiners in the world. The Nitro is a keylock carabiner and uses I-Beam construction for a high strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining a rope friendly radius. The HMS Nitro was designed to fit flawlessly with the Piu 2 belay device for releasing a second after they’ve weighted the rope.
