Inspired by feedback from longtime guides in the Dolomites, the Vitamin is the shoe to reach for when you need a single pair of footwear for a long approach followed by a technical climb and descent. The package starts with a polyurethane midsole, which is more shock-absorbing than EVA, the dual-density PU midsole puts softer materials in ideal locations for walking and firmer material elsewhere for climbing. The Vitamin then employs SCARPA's exclusive Vibram® Vertical Approach sole, which climbs more effectively and provides better traction for loose descents. Other details include suede construction, which molds to the foot, asymmetric lacing down to the toe for excellent fit and control and a durable, stretch material in the ankle collar for comfort.
